How to Measure
Keepsake Garter:- Please use a measuring tape to measure your thigh. Normally Keepsake garter is worn 4"- 5" above the knee.Please do not take off any inches and then select your thigh measurement from the drop-down menu
Toss Garter: Toss garter is normally worn 2" below keepsake garter. Use the same technique for toss garters measurement. Toss garter is generally 2" shorter than keepsake garter. If you want both garters to have the same measurement, send me a message
Please note: Garter you will receive will be little shorter than actual measurement so that it will snug fit.Please do not take off any inches, i will make you garter according to my special technique so that it will snug fit.

International Shipping: To keep the postage cost low; i send all my garters through the economic post without tracking in an envelope without box. Incase you want to add tracking to your parcel; please choose it at checkout

Economical Shipping:- It takes 3-5 working days to make your garter and it takes around 2-4 weeks for international parcels to arrive after i post.
Express Shipping: It takes 3-5 working days to make your garter and it takes around 5-6 working days for international parcels to arrive after i post.

All my garters are handstitched. High-quality rhinestone applique is stitched to high-quality lace available in Australia
IS TOSS GARTER ALSO LINED
Both Keepsake garter and toss garter is lined with soft elastic so that it won't slip and stay in place. Please check second picture in the listing.

When is my item going to ship?
Please check your invoice, it has scheduled to despatch date on it. Due to the busy wedding season, there might be a delay of 3-5 working days. So please plan ahead and order on time. I am not held responsible if you order on a few days before the event
Why I can't track my order?
For international orders, if you chose regular standard shipping at checkout, that will be ship via Australia Post Economy Air service. This service doesn’t have a tracking feature. There is an option to add tracking on the order at checkout.
How long it takes my parcel to arrive after it is posted?
It takes around 10-15 business days for the parcel to arrive at destination country after been posted from our location.
Can I cancel my order after 1 week?
I accept cancellation within 24 hours with a full refund. After that, we detect 20% for the material cost.
