STORE POLICIES

ORDERING FOR AN EVENT: If you ordering more than 1 dress for an event, please order all the dresses in 1 order. We can't guarantee the colour shade will match if you place the previous order in our store or order place by different customers. Different batches of lace have different shades due to dye. Please send us the email before you place the order if you have any question about the shade of dresses.

We don't offer refund/exchange if dress shade won't match with your previous order.

We don't offer refund/return if dress shade won't match if order place by different customers(even on the same date). So please contact us if multiple order place for 1 event, so we make sure dress shade match

PROCESSING TIME: Processing time is clearly stated in all the listings. Processing time is the time before shipping. Please check it before you order. I can't offer refund/return if the item won't arrive on time.

RETURNS (if applicable)
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.Please check sizing and colour in the listing before you place the order. No exchange/return is available if item is on sale

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for some reason, send us an email at khambral@icloud.com Buyer is responsible for Exchange Shipping cost both ways. Current Processing time applies to Exchange item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

RETURN SHIPPING COST
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

LOST PARCEL: No refund is provided if an item is lost during transit. Please contact us if you need to insurance for your parcel
