Please check your invoice, it has scheduled to despatch date on it. Due to the busy wedding season, there might be a delay of 3-5 working days. So please plan ahead and order on time. I am not held responsible if you order on a few days before the event
For international orders, if you chose regular standard shipping at checkout, that will be ship via Australia Post Economy Air service. This service doesn’t have a tracking feature. There is an option to add tracking on the order at checkout.
It takes around 10-15 business days for the parcel to arrive at destination country after been posted from our location.
I accept cancellation within 24 hours with a full refund. After that, we detect 20% for the material cost.
